Tony Cooke from the Haunted Pyramids and I are working on putting on a large actor training workshop over Labor Day weekend.  He owns Broncos country pub and dance club in Gastonia and we are looking at holding the workshop there.  It would include a full 4-6 hour version of my 'Boo Camp' workshop and afterwards (if you're over 18) spend the evening partying at Broncos.  There will be food and drink provided.  Topics to be discussed to include Safety, Foundations of Horror, the S.C.A.R.E technique, improvisation exercises, what to do when things go wrong, and much more.  I have put on similar workshops at fixed locations around the country and they have been quite successful.

Now the big question: We have not decided if to charge by the haunt or by the actor. On one hand, it may be more economical for a haunt to just send actors and let them pay for it, on the other hand, a haunt could pay one fixed price and send everyone.  If you were interested in attending or sending actors, would you prefer doing it by haunt or by individual actor?  I already have interest and verbal commitments from at least 3 haunts in NC/SC.  This workshop will probably be limited to 100 actors and staff.  Pre-registration will be STRONGLY encouraged.

If you are interested, feel free to message me or email rabidbadgerhc@gmail.com with 'NC WORKSHOP' in the title.  I will have more info on my website when it relaunches after Transworld.  Stay tuned for details...
