The past several years we have visited Netherworld in Georgia......and it is amazing.  We've discussed, however, trying to branch out and check out a large/destination haunt within driving distance of central NC (up to 7hrs or so).   Any recommendations out there from frightseekers or haunt owners?

Looking forward to the upcoming season!

Found any destination haunts out there yet?  Even though it's not NC I hope you keep the FrightSeekers up to date on any western US haunts you find!

Hundred Acres Manor in Pittsburgh. As a bonus, go visit ScareHouse as well. TOTALLY worth it.

Otherwise,  Dent Schoolhouse / USS Nightmare in Cincinnati with a stop at Wicked World near Lexington, Ky

Or 7th St Haunt and Devil's attic in Louisville, Ky

All highly recommended.

And then there's Philadelphia in November  www.legendaryhaunttour.com. Bates Motel is on my bucket list.  Road trip?

Thanks so much!  I'm working on figuring out our schedule now so will take a look at all of these and see what we can do.  I know you've talked about the Dent Schoolhouse for years and I'm definitely intrigued....

Looking into this as well. Would like to go to a large haunt this year...thinking Netherworld but open to other ideas. Would like to go somewhere with a few good haunts close to each other

If you haven't been to Netherworld I can whole heartedly recommend it.   Life and ACC football season caught up with us and we're headed to Netherworld instead of a different haunt on the last day they are open.  Maybe next year....

Netherworld is definitely worth the trip.
This is is their last season at Norcross, they're moving to another location for next year.
Netherworld is amazing.
