I've not yet picked that up, but I want to. Is it really as good as everyone claims?

Yea it's good... if you like the G.T.A. style game play, the detail in the game is awesome. I'm prob. going to add some more detail to our Ghost Town set after seeing some of scenes in the game

I was all over CoD: Modern Warfare 2 for a while. Then I got bored with it, so I just kind of set the whole system aside. Now I'm back on Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, mainly because this game still impresses me, and I can just wonder around and kill things if I so please. I am thinking about given Red Dead a try though.

Thanks for the welcome back. I'll start frequenting more now that it's getting closer to that time of the year.
I recently traded in a few games to get the FIFA World Cup 2010: South Africa game. If you look sports games then it's definitely worth a look. Otherwise, I think my next video game purchase will be Crackdown 2. I absolutely loved the first one.
Has anyone started getting ideas together for their own personal yard haunts for 2010?

Oh man, I completely forgot about Crackdown 2! I love the first one, too. Another big map game where you could do anything or nothing. Plus, the transforming cars were awesome.
I might have to make a trip to the game store today...
And I like how June is "getting closer to that time of year." Isn't the anxiety great?

The first Crackdown was an absolute riot! I probably spent three or four hours just trying to jump of the map's highest point.
Supposedly there is going to be a beta here in the next couple of weeks. I really loved that movie "Judge Dredd", and Crackdown reminds me of it!
The anxiety is definitely rising, especially knowing that all the larger haunts are implementing their plans and what not for this season!

I have been busy with school, working on my portfolio, and building my website.
I have 1 more semester left, but I have to take 6 classes, so it will be tough, but totally worth it.
My degree will not be enough for more to get a job in the game industry, so I have been working very hard at my portfolio, hoping that when I do get my degree my portfolio will help me land a job in the gaming industry.
I am working on a poker website, because if you know me, you know I am a huge poker buff. I play at least 2 hours of online poker a day, and at least 2 hours of live poker a week. I love all things poker, so I am working on a poker website, that will hopefully set a new standard for poker sites.
I am looking forward to the haunt season, I keep finding myself watching old school horror, because nothing that has come out lately has been any good.

Is it true that a new "Scream" film is coming out? If so, then count me in! I loved those movies!

I had heard anything about Lindsay Lohan being attached, but they are currently filming the 4th "Scream" film. Supposedly, Neve Campbell's character has written a book about surviving all the murders, and that's the base premise of the movie. It's supposed to be out in early 2011.

Hell they should make a movie about David Arquette's character, it's pretty amazing you can get stabbed so much and live haha.
