My company is a proud sponsor of Costumes for Kids, which provides new and used costumes for kids in hospitals, wards, and the disabled.  Last year C4K spent over $3000 dollars to ship them across the country to children's hospitals and other places.  If you would be interested in helping or have items that can be donated, or simply for more information, visit www.costumesforkids.net.  The Charlotte Zombie Walk always sends a donation for C4K.

I know that a lot of kids trick or treat for UNICEF each year although I have seen fewer and fewer kids doing that over the past decade or so.

Any other charitable organizations out there with a Halloween-related theme...?

This looks really cool.  I checked the website to see if one could just make a cash (Paypal) donation.  Doesn't look like it.  Any idea Badger?

Packbacker, I just found out the email to send PayPal is paypal@rfrpodcast.com and make sure you mark it for "C4K."
