I'm starting to see some merchandise pop up in local stores.......so a tiny taste of fall when it's 9 billion degrees outside!

I'm so excited this season! I've already started decorating. I'm going to friends and family night at woods of terror this weekend. A friend of mine has been working there for a couple of years now. Can't wait for the haunting season to start!

Yay for a new season of frights!  We did a trail Friday night down east (review upcoming) and are looking at getting into full swing next weekend if the gas shortage isn't a severe thing.

I got mad props for Woods of Terror this year. They did a character walk, which cool enough on its on, they did a rock rendition of the star spangled banner. With so much turmoil in our country it was a positive uplifting experience to see honor all around among all walks of life. Spot on WOT, two thumbs up. May you all be blessed this season.

It's almost October. I'm so excited for the haunting season. I want to try some new places this year. Last year the rain kept the traveling to a minimum for us, so hoping for a bit dryer season.

Fingers crossed for a drier season this year.  Last year was just a soggy mess, wasn't it?

If mother nature could just hold off on the rain until November that'd be great.  Then it'll just come in the form of snow  >:(

Nobody, but nobody wants to deal with angry BionicWoman!!!   :o

or angry Matt...whatever his screen name is...That is a much more common event!  If you really want to make Packbacker mad...force him to go to Scarowinds!
